Who Are We?
Pearls of Wisdom (POW) is dedicated to inspiring change through teaching by meeting the academic, social, cognitive and emotional needs of children. POW offers culturally relevant, quality training, to educators, community members, parents/guardians and organizations though workshops, guidance and tailored presentations!
Meet Kimberly
Passionate. Collaborative. Experienced.
Kimberly Early (she/her) M.A, is an Educational Consultant and Community Organizer, who is passionate about teaching and bringing quality care to youth! With over 25 years of teaching experience, working with children from 0 - 17 years old, her work relates directly to the theme of cultural diversity, curriculum planning, and collaborative communication. Kimberly has worked as a teacher, parent, program coordinator, college professor, community advocate and an instructional coach. Her trainings provide intentional, intensive, and reflective teaching around the lenses of equity and cultural responsiveness to understand the specific needs of children, staff and parents.

A delightful and descriptive Workshop and Training Menu with some of the specific classes that POW offers, is available upon request, along with Fee Information.
Each workshop will be customized based on your needs, and with my workshops, I will make sure the trainings offer the following:
- An Anti-bias and Culturally Relevant Lens
- Kinesthetic Learning, aka Hands-On, to meet the various learning needs of the participants
- STARS (State Training & Registry System) Hours for childcare providers
I offer various trainings such as: 1.5 hour, half day, full day, or even a multi-day training and I am available for Keynote Presentations as well. I will tailor the presentation or workshop to your liking! What do you need? I do it all! Let's talk.
